Hallmark Integrated Health has several exciting opportunities within our Occupational Therapy team. If you are looking for a dynamic role that allows you to work within interdisciplinary teams, with marginalised communities most in need, and support autonomy for clients across the lifespan then you can look to us.

As an experienced or early career Occupational Therapist, you will be an "Agent of Change" in your role, providing a combination of community, clinic, and telehealth-based services to participants of all ages.

You will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life through tailored assessment and therapy services.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' functional abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs. This will include the highest quality Functional Capacity Assessments for NDIS requirements.
  • Developing and implementing individualised allied health plans to address clients' cultural, psychosocial, emotional, physical, spiritual, and cognitive needs.
  • Providing hands-on therapy and training to help clients improve their independence in daily activities, and extending this training to support staff.
  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
  • Maintaining detailed client records and documentation supported by strictly confidential and allied health specific AI tools.
  • Continuously evaluating and adjusting care plans to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Balancing support and autonomy with managing your weekly schedule and communicating service excellence with stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
  • Early career or experienced Occupational Therapists.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy services.
  • Technology skills and willingness to use telehealth platforms and AI platforms.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work autonomously as well as part of a distributed team.
