  • Permanent part time position, working 3 days per week (22.8 hours pw, 0.6FTE) preferably on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, between 8am and 6 pm on-site hours can be flexible.
  • TRP package includes (pro rata) salary range $74,002 - $79,352 pa subject to experience + 11.5% super + access to salary packaging up to $18,550 of salary.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a hands-on office administrator with a high level of professionalism to be the Executive Assistant to the Operations Manager 

You will be Operations Manager's primary secretarial support and provide essential administrative assistance for various functions throughout the organisation.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT WON’T BE LIMITED TO:

  • Coordinating various administrative tasks including diary management, scheduling appointments, minute taking for meetings, following up action items/lists, research and preparing documentation, reports, and communications on behalf of the Operations Manager.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders on varying administrative tasks including scheduling, preparation and follow-up of various business activities.
  • Coordinating and providing administrative and logistical support for events and work activities such as Operations Manager meetings and presentations

ABOUT YOU

  • You have demonstrated experience in an administrative role, or personal assistant, preferably within the housing, homelessness and/or community not-for-profit sector.
  • You have a formal qualification in Business Administration or other related qualification, and you enjoy the challenge of competing demands, direct instructions and minimal supervision.
  • You pride yourself on excellent organisational and time management skills and are flexible and mature to manage priorities, timeframes, competing instructions and deliver outcomes as specified.
  • You are experienced at maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating a high level of professionalism in all areas of work and interactions with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You have great attention to detail, excellent communication skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
