Hope Street Youth and Family Services Limited ("Hope Street") is a leading specialist youth homelessness services in Victoria with over 40 years’ experience in delivering services to young people and young families in the western and northern growth corridors of Melbourne.
Hope Street First Response Youth Support Service in Melton is a new innovative program funded by the State Government in response to youth homelessness in the growth corridor of the City of Melton.
If you have extensive case management experience and you pride yourself on your strengths based, solutions focused approach and value the opportunity to make a real difference in a young person's life, we want to hear from you!
We are looking for a positive and dedicated Case Worker for a full-time (FTE 1.0, 76 hrs per fortnight) position in Melton.
