Hope Street Youth and Family Services is Victoria’s leading youth homelessness service provider. We have a proud history of delivering services to young people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness for more than 40 years.

We are seeking a dedicated and supportive Case Manager with demonstrated experience in helping young people identify their goals and how to transition out of the homelessness service system.
The Hope Street in Whittlesea program is based on the Foyer model of supported transitional housing for young people and young families who are provided with safe, secure and affordable accommodation for 12 months to 2 years.
This is an excellent opportunity to support young people and their families to achieve meaningful goals and make a real difference in their lives.
