About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated ICT Manager who will oversee PCYC’s ICT systems whilst managing the daily operations of the ICT department, including outsourced contractors. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of support and services to all key stakeholders both internal and external. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement ICT strategies, policies and procedures to support the company’s business objectives and growth initiatives including relating to operating systems, networks and integrations.
  • Ensure management of ICT, including related contractors and vendors to ensure effective delivery of ICT services and support
  • Collaborate with other departments to assess ICT needs, propose solutions, and support business objectives
  • Provide technical support in all areas of ICT including current and future PCYC systems.
  • Manage and optimise cloud computing services

About you

  • Qualifications and proven experience in Computer Science, ICT Management, Information Technology, or related field
  • Strong technical expertise across a range of ICT systems and platforms including ERP's (ideally NetSuite) and POS (ideally Envibe). 
  • Strong technical skills in areas such as networking, cybersecurity, and cloud computing
  • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement IT strategies that align with business goals
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends and best practices in IT management and recommend innovative solutions to enhance company’s advantage
