About your new role

This role offers you variety and the opportunity to work across different support functions to help keep DANA working efficiently. Working as part of the Operations team, you will attend to record keeping, document management and accessibility, virtual reception, and procurement activities. You’ll monitor shared in-boxes, keep calendars updated and help with meeting coordination.

About you

You are committed to upholding the rights of people with disability and bring a knowledge of the disability sector. You have at least two years' experience in a similar role. You are well-organised, excellent attention to detail and are tech savvy across a range of software, databases and cloud-based platforms. You have good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You are adept at writing and editing documents and have the ability to learn accessibility requirements.

You have a flexible approach to work, can manage pressure and balance multiple priorities. You are self-motivated with the ability to maintain your productivity working remotely, and you will have the flexibility and availability to attend in-person meetings periodically.
