This full time, ongoing position offers a competitive salary range of $80,634 up to $88,798 pa per annum plus 15.4% superannuation.

What You’ll Do

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Conduct Research & Analysis: Dive into qualitative and quantitative research on diversity, inclusion, workplace behaviour, and cultural reform, contributing to important policy insights.
  • Communication & Reporting: Develop high-quality written materials, including speeches, reports, and briefing papers, tailored for various audiences.
  • Project Support: Provide essential project support with a focus on human rights-based approaches to cultural change. Assist in planning and logistics for program activities and maintain project documentation on SharePoint.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with team members and build strong relationships with stakeholders, particularly within our partner agencies.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a proactive individual with:

  • Research & Analytical Skills: Experience in policy analysis and desktop research on human rights or cultural reform topics. Familiarity with statistical packages and qualitative analysis software (like NVivo) is a plus.
  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong project support abilities, and the capability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written skills for producing high-quality research outputs and good verbal skills for delivering training or workshops.
