Clean Energy Campaigner

Solar Citizens

Our new Clean Energy Campaigner will amplify public appetite to drive political will to enable the uptake of rooftop solar on rentals, social housing, and urban industrial renewable energy zones.

You will be working with state governments in NSW and QLD, and in both state and federal elections as key opportunities to drive down the cost of living through driving the uptake of renewable energy.

Australia is a global leader in rooftop solar uptake, with the biggest uptake of domestic rooftop solar per capita. Accelerated deployment of household clean energy generation and storage is currently under review at multiple levels of government. Importantly, you will help remove barriers to solar for those who need the cost of living benefits the most: renters and people living in social housing.
