We are seeking a full-time customer service professional who has exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion to work and deliver exceptional customer service within a community service environment. This role requires a high degree of emotional intelligence with a warm personality and the ability to provide a heartfelt welcome in greeting our clients at Camcare. Candidates must possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to provide efficient administrative support to the team.

What you will be doing

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients to connect with our services directly or by referring them to the appropriate team
  • Provide administrative support to the team and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Arrange and co-ordinate interpreting/translating services when required
  • Book and rescheduling appointments for customers attending our premises in person
  • Maintaining petty cash float, and collection and acquittal of financial donations
  • Support with the collection, sorting and stocking of in kind donations

  • A passion to deliver an exceptional customer service engagement with all customers
  • Engaging warm personality with the ability to quickly build rapport
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Organised with strong attention to detail Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite essential, and other relevant software applications desirable i.e. TRAKCare, Pracsoft, HICAPS, Medical Director Clinical, Iris or Titanium
  • Customer Service training from hospitality and telecoms desirable
