About the role

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be a member of the IHCA team and responsible for supporting pre and post assessment activities by undertaking a range of administrative support activities. Primarily, you will manage your assigned customers and ensure the timely delivery of their assessment. Your time will be focused on the highest priority to the team as a whole to ensure a consistent high level of service to customers.

You will be responsible for a range of duties in relation to organising assessments for customers including:

  • Maintaining communication with customers and identifying opportunities for additional scheme or scope extensions;
  • Assist with the monitoring of the assessment cycle for customers assigned to you;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that assessments scheduled are delivered within required timeframes.
  • Liaising with customers, assessors and departmental stakeholders as required or directed;
  • Contribute to maintaining accurate client records;
  • Booking and managing travel for assessment teams;
  • Liaising with assessors for report and corrective action plan delivery and all associated elements of report completion;
  • Prepare and finalise certificates; and
  • Provide pre and post assessment activity administrative support.

About you

Ultimately you are professional, adaptable and reliable and keen to provide top quality service to customers and colleagues. You are an excellent verbal and written communicator with strong interpersonal skills who can interact effectively with a diverse range of people.

You will also have:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role (professional services business and/or human services organisation)
  • Excellent administrative skills including customer service, records management, proactive planning and an ability to work unsupervised once trained
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft products and cloud-based systems
  • Exceptional relationship and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Team player mentality – the ability to balance the completion of your individual tasks with team-based tasks and adapt if required
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, proactively and with accountability and astute attention to detail
  • Analytical and problem resolution skills with a strong results focus
  • The drive to succeed and be part of a successful, purpose-driven team.
