Independent Living Assessment (iLA) is a for-purpose organisation with a focus on empowering people living within the Australian community to increase their knowledge and take steps towards maintaining their independence at home and in their community.  Operating across the broader community sector, iLA currently delivers Single Assessment Service, and a range of digital-first initiatives including LiveUp, Keep Able, Sector Support & Development, CAEP Plus and AT Chat navigation and peer mentoring programs. 

The Role 

Working with the Keep Able Project Lead, this position will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content across various formats to meet the needs of our projects expanding Keep Able.

The Digital Content Creator will blend technical proficiency with creative storytelling to deliver content that aligns with organisational objectives and resonates with target audiences.

Key Tasks will Include:

  • Develop professional written copy and multimedia assets across a variety of formats including images, videos, and infographics. 
  • Collaborating with project team members and subject matter experts to produce engaging videos aligned with project objectives. 
  • Lead the production of podcasts and videos, including recording and editing.
  • Plan, produce, and deliver a comprehensive program of digital content for use across multiple channels, increasing engagement with audiences and stakeholders. 
  • Ensure content is optimised for search engines, meeting accessibility standards across Keep Able’s platforms. 

About You

We are seeking a passionate, collaborative candidate with a strong expertise in videography, photography, multimedia production, and web content development.

We are looking for: 

  • At least 3 years’ experience in multimedia production 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency with a Content Management Systems (CMS). 
  • Proven experience in creating SEO-driven content and using analytics tools to monitor and improve performance. 
  • An ability to prioritise and meet deadlines 
  • Experience or knowledge within the Aged Care and Disability space (desirable but not essential)
