Independent Living Assessment (iLA) was established in January 2020 by Indigo Australasia Incorporated (formerly Independent Living Centre WA). iLA's purpose is to enhance health and well-being by connecting the community with trusted knowledge and expertise with a focus on supporting people through assessment, navigation and sector capacity building initiatives.

We’re looking for a Navigator to support our LiveUp program. LiveUp is a digital platform designed to provide impartial information and advice about ageing well, assistive technology (AT) and local services to support older Australians. Improve and maintain their level of independence and enhance their decision-making, confidence and capability in their ageing well journey by:
Reporting to the Customer Experience Lead and working closely with iLA Teams, this will be a pivotal role and an integral part of the team.

This role would suit someone with a background in providing advice, support and guidance with an understanding of the needs of older people in Australia. Experience within health and aged care desirable, but not essential.
