Due to growth across their client base, we are looking for Account Managers and Senior Account Managers to join this national, multi award winning full-service Fundraising and Marketing agency.

We are looking for a number of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers across the Individual Giving portfolio who can be based anywhere across the country.

You will have a background (varying levels considered) across Individual Giving, this may include appeals and appeal digital integrated products, direct mail, regular giving, acquisition, retention.

Account Management roles are suitable for Individual Giving candidates early in their career who are looking to expand on their skill sets and can create, prepare, and implement fundraising appeals and plans across multiple channels.

Senior Account Management roles lead the daily account management for a variety of key agency clients. This role supports the directors to create, prepare and implement fundraising plans across multiple channels to deliver desired targets for our clients and offers a client facing opportunity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the strategy or execution of Individual Giving/Direct Marketing plans for a variety of inspiring not-for-profit clients
  • Create and/or implement IG fundraising strategies across appeals and appeal digital integrated products, direct mail acquisition, newsletters, gifts in wills and regular giving
  • Develop strategies for and/or coordinate campaigns and appeals from concept to delivery
  • Collaborate with the team and clients to develop and execute Fundraising plans for both acquisition and retention activities
  • Support and/or lead on client communication, liaison, and reporting on account activities
  • Develop innovative and creative ideas to support pitches across accounts
  • Manage multiple Individual Giving projects for various clients, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in Individual Giving (all levels considered) with a background in direct marketing
  • Ability to lead on the planning of or execution of best practice multi-channel campaigns
  • Knowledge of both acquisition and retention strategies and the ability to deliver appeals (account manager level) or create strategies across these areas (senior account manager level)
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to maintain and enhance client relationships
  • High level project management, time management, numeracy skills, and attention to detail
  • Highest level of written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within timelines and budget constraints
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for all things Individual Giving and a desire to work within a dynamic, innovative, and committed team who enjoy challenging the status quo
