A leadership position seeking a strong people manager with digital expertise to oversee and drive all digital channels with a focus on digital fundraising innovation and transformation.
Australia for UNHCR is the UN Refugee Agency’s national partner in Australia, raising awareness and funds to support UNHCR’s global emergency response to humanitarian crises.
Established in 2000, A4U has raised over $480m from individual donors, philanthropists and corporates, leading to direct impact on the ground delivering emergency support such as shelter, protection, clean water, food and medicines.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in strategically overseeing and implementing the organisation's digital marketing initiatives to support fundraising efforts. This position is essential for driving the organisation’s digital transformation and will involve managing 4 permanent staff plus additional contractors and external agencies and working across all digital channels, including the website, paid social media, email marketing, mobile and SMS, with a focus on donor acquisition, development, and stewardship.
We are looking for a digital-savvy professional with strong technical expertise in performance marketing to elevate the organisation’s digital presence. You will have a proven track record of managing agencies and a background in inspiring, motivating and leading a team.
The ideal candidate will work closely with a motivated, innovative team and collaborate with various departments throughout the organisation.
