The Donor Development Manager plays a crucial role within the Fundraising team, focusing on developing and executing a comprehensive, multi-channel strategy for donor acquisition and growth across cash donations, raffles, and regular giving.
This position will enhance the lifetime value of donors and develop sustainable campaigns to grow the donor base for Assistance Dogs Australia.
Assistance Dogs Australia trains and places unique dogs with Australians in unique situations.
They train dogs that specialise in support for people with a physical disability, autism or PTSD, as well as providing a range of services to these individuals and their families.
Their free-to-client Assistance Dogs provide Independence, self-esteem, improved health and relationships to individuals and families – resulting in stronger and more successful communities.
Receiving no government funding, ADA rely solely on the generosity and philanthropy of individuals and partners, and this is your chance to support them in offering a lifetime of invaluable support to their clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, innovative, data driven and ambitious fundraiser to join this wonderful team on their journey to grow fundraising across all programs.
Reporting into a brilliant fundraising leader, you will utilise your diverse acquisition experience to oversee comprehensive campaign management for both single and regular giving across various channels, such as direct mail, raffles, digital platforms, and phone outreach.
As a key member of the integrated Fundraising and Marketing team, the Donor Development Manager will drive fundraising goals by engaging and inspiring donors, fostering a deeper connection with the organisation, and demonstrating the tangible impact of their contributions.
