The Royal Flying Doctor Service - South Eastern Section provides lifesaving aeromedical and primary healthcare services to rural, regional, and remote communities.
This is an exciting time to join an award-winning Fundraising team that has been incredibly successful at growing fantastic relationships with a passionate portfolio of donors, and has been known as Australia’s “Most Trusted Charity” twelve times.
This is an incredible career opportunity for a relationship fundraiser to support an established Major Gifts program that has grown rapidly and experienced significant success within the past 5 years. The team is collaborative, engaging, and enthused to work together to achieve goals and continuously strengthen their remarkable impact.
The Major Gifts Specialist will play a vital role in nurturing and developing relationships with an engaged portfolio of major donors. They will also have the opportunity to manage the donor development process and prospect to build new relationships.
This is a donor-facing role that focuses on nurturing relationships with existing donors, implementing personal stewardship techniques to acquire, retain and upgrade donors, identifying and developing new relationships and creating and executing highly curated, intimate major donor cultivation initiatives.
