As the Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Good360 Australia's growth and impact by securing valuable product and revenue-based partnerships. This exciting role is ideal for a strategic, results-oriented individual with a background in partnership development and a passion for social impact.

  • Hybrid working, from the Good360 ReDistribution Centre in Smithfield on Tuesday and Thursday
  • A permanent, full-time role (part-time 4 days a week will be considered)

Impact you will have in this role

As the Partnerships Manager, you will be instrumental in driving Good360 Australia's growth and impact by securing valuable product and revenue partnerships.

This dynamic role is perfect for a strategic, results-driven professional who has demonstrated experience in partnership development and a passion for social impact.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support Good360’s partnership strategy to secure high-impact product and revenue partnerships across both existing and new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of Good360's partnership strategy to secure high-impact product and revenue partnerships
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities, actively pursuing relationships with key decision-makers
  • Negotiate and secure partnership agreements that deliver significant value
  • Foster long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with ongoing engagement and collaboration
  • Drive the acquisition of high-quality product donations from corporate partners
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyse partnership performance to maximise impact
  • Work collaboratively across Good360 to ensure partnership potential is maximised
  • Manage partnership communications with regular updates and progress reports, contributing to the development of a high-performing partnerships team

To have success in the role you will have:

  • Proven experience in partnership development and account management with a track record of securing and managing high-value partnerships
  • Existing network of contacts within the corporate sector desirable with experience in the non-profit sector, corporate social responsibility, or retail/wholesale industries
  • A background in sales or account management with the ability to lead on the full partnerships cycle from new relationship development to pitch, partnerships negotiations and account development
  • A track record of working to financial targets or partnership performance KPIs with a results focus
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal skills and communication, both written and verbal
  • A strategic focus with strong business acumen and the ability to find solutions and think creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • The ability to work in small, dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine passion for social impact and an alignment with Good360's mission
