The Marketing & Fundraising Division have a bold and inspirational five-year growth strategy, and a central element of this strategy is an ambitious initiative to develop a top-tier philanthropy program. This involves leveraging their extensive database, collaborating with philanthropic partners, and establishing key external partnerships to revolutionise the Philanthropy Unit.
The Manager of the Philanthropy Unit will spearhead this initiative, which encompasses Major Gifts, Trusts and Foundations, Beneficiary Partnerships, and Key Events. With support from the Director of Marketing & Fundraising, this role will be responsible for engaging the Board and Executive team, managing all internal stakeholders, and coordinating with external agencies to ensure the program's success.
You will be a senior leader with a background in delivering growth across philanthropy programs, the ability to personally solicit high value gifts and you will have a proactive and strategic approach to managing stakeholder relationships in a large organisation.
