Impact You Will Have In This Role:

The Regular Giving Manager will work within a cross-functional team to strategically plan and implement the national acquisition program across multi-channels, with a focus on building, optimising, and growing the program.

This role will also support the development and implementation of a robust retention strategy for the Regular Giving program, ensuring long-term supporter engagement of donors and allowing the organisation to maximise its impact.

Lead Responsibilities:

  • Work within a cross-functional team to strategically plan and implement the Regular Giving acquisition program across multiple channels, including digital, direct mail, phone and face-to-face
  • Plan and execute activities related to Regular Giving, such as always on lead generation, lead conversion, upgrades and reactivations
  • Oversee the creation and execution of the annual Regular Giving appeal
  • Monitor acquisition activities against budget and key performance indicators, ensuring effective evaluation of outcomes and contributing to budget planning
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce attrition and enhance supporter engagement within the Regular Giving program
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create relevant content for various uses within the program
  • Manage relationships with key agencies and industry experts to drive momentum and growth in the acquisition program; onboard a telemarketing partner to conduct regular giving and reactivation work
  • Analyse the acquisition program to pinpoint key growth opportunities
  • Work with the Data team to manage data extractions, ensuring thorough briefing and rigorous data checks
  • Support the development of the Regular Giving strategy for next financial year with a focus on building a broad channel mix: F2F, Digital, Phone
  • Build budgets and business cases to support acquisition strategies

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong digital focus in developing programs to increase donor volumes and lifetime value
  • Knowledge of multi-channel acquisition techniques to include digital
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with internal teams and managing relationships with external suppliers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of donor propositions and messaging
  • Skilled in lead generation and conversion across various channels
  • Experience in budget development and management
  • Proficient in data segmentation and analysis to derive insights for future activities
  • Strong project and campaign management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce is ideal)
  • Ability to adapt and prioritise competing projects under tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality with sensitive data
  • Proven experience in data analysis and making recommendations for program improvement.
