Join Breast Cancer Trials in this influential position driving the growth of the Regular Giving program to fund research that saves and improves the lives of people affected by breast cancer.
Breast Cancer Trials is a world-leading breast cancer research organisation, dedicated to finding new and better treatments and prevention strategies for people affected by this disease.
Every day in Australia, 57 people are diagnosed with breast cancer, and sadly, 9 women die each day from this cruel disease. Breast Cancer Trials’ mission is to do the research that will create solutions for every person, every situation, every time.
They are the only independent, collaborative research organisation in Australia and New Zealand committed to clinical trials in breast cancer because this research turns laboratory and treatment breakthroughs into new treatments and cures, with the vision of no more lives cut short by breast cancer.
They embrace their values of ‘We Before Me’, Curiosity, Empathy and Greatness.
As the Regular Giving Specialist, you will join the organisation at an exciting pivotal moment as they invest in expanding their regular giving program. In this dynamic role, you will spearhead innovative strategies to attract, engage, and retain monthly givers, ensuring a consistent flow of sustainable income to support crucial breast cancer research.
You will craft compelling donor journeys that resonate both online and offline, welcoming supporters into a vibrant community that values their contributions.
By leveraging best practices across multiple channels—digital, telemarketing and potentially with the introduction of face-to-face—you will effectively bring new Regular Givers into the fold while managing data and automation to enhance efficiency and performance.
Working closely with the Individual Giving Manager, you will set ambitious benchmarks and adopt a test-and-learn approach to continuously refine engagement and retention strategies.
Additionally, you will lead initiatives to upgrade, retain, and reactivate donors, focusing on minimising attrition and nurturing lasting relationships.
