This is an exciting opportunity to join the Can Too Programs team during a time of growth and expansion; Helping make a lasting difference to the health and well-being of Australians by supporting participation and fundraising as part of their unique training programs, so that we can support more groundbreaking cancer research projects.
Each year, Can Too Foundation empowers thousands of Australians to push their limits in training programs that raise vital funds for early-career cancer research. With a unique model rooted in Coaching, Community, and Cause, Can Too combines professional coaching, a supportive community, and a purpose-driven mission. By providing crucial research grants, Can Too helps bridge a critical funding gap, ensuring innovative ideas in cancer treatment have the support they need to make a real difference in the lives of those affected by cancer.
As the Senior Programs Manager, you will collaborate closely with Can Too’s CEO and Head of Marketing and Fundraising to enhance how the organisation engages and inspires the Can Too community.
In this key role, you will create opportunities and play an essential part in increasing participation in Can Too’s unique training programs, which will help expand the organisation’s impact in funding innovative and groundbreaking cancer research projects.
By developing and executing both short- and long-term program strategies, you will ensure that participants in Can Too have an exceptional experience, meet and exceed annual targets, and drive meaningful change.
You’re passionate about community building, health, and wellness. As an ambassador for the Can Too brand, you thrive in engaging with participants and community partners, project management and managing program logistics.
