ABOUT THE ROLE

The Business / Administration Manager plays a crucial role in the performance of the Stride Education Program. The position includes overall financial management, maintaining effective communication with customers, managing administrative tasks, and driving program initiatives.

Reporting to the CEO, you will:

  • Ensure the ongoing sustainability and growth of Stride Education
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and clients, serving as the primary contact for enquiries and feedback.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance to ensure program sustainability and achieve financial targets.

DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

  • Education: Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Professional Experience: Five or more years of experience in program management, administrative support, or a related role. Experience in working with schools in customer service or relationship management is a plus.
  • Financial Administration: Hands-on experience with invoicing, reconciliations, and basic accounting tasks.
  • Marketing Experience: Previous involvement in developing marketing strategies or materials, including social media management.
  • Office Management: Experience managing office operations
  • Volunteer Coordination: Prior experience working with or managing volunteers is advantageous.
