The purpose of the role is to correlate all documents for facilities and clients – save documents for quality assurance purposes and funding outcomes and goals achieved.

Administrational Duties
- Assist with preparation for quality and ISO audits when required.
- Identify opportunities for best practice and continuous improvement and communicate these effectively to Manager and Team Leaders .
- Scanning monthly checklists / daily charting for clients and saving to Hdrive and Care link for audit purpose
- Updating Carelink to reflect roster @ any changes.
- Entering Community access rosters to Carelink for clients if changes .
- Documents to be filed / scanned and archived weekly
- Assist Team Leaders to Review support plans annually or if significant change to support prior .
- Document in Carelink and progress notes any changes to health needs by Doctors or specialists Therapist teams .
- Obtain and maintain service support documents for participants to assist with annual funding elements as required.Ensure that the services provided by Independence Australia to internal and external customers, are maintained in accordance with our quality measures and are effectively communicated in a timely matter.
Minimum Requirements
- Certificate 3 in Disability and/or Aged Care or similar
- Level 2 First Aid.
- Computer skills – word / emailing /scanning /data entry and saving documents
- Experience in provision of various care to people with varying abilities
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Current Drivers Licence
