WORKING WITH IA
The role of a Key Account Coordinator includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Coordinating a Key Account customer group, which comprises consumers, their families and advocates that present with a range of support needs.
- Organise, co-ordinate and facilitate a range of assessments by other health professionals to enable key issues affecting each customer to be identified and addressed.
- Provide and equip customers with information and knowledge about changes and developments to the disability services system to promote integrated individual planning and encourage self-management.
- Make recommendations for the delivery of service offerings within case group, region and assess suitability/relevance of services and IA product lines.
- Maintain strong and co-operative links with major rehabilitation and acute hospitals, government and non-government agencies, and other relevant specialist services (i.e. Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS), NDIS, TAC).
- Maximise revenue and margin potential for the allocated customer funding packages through optimal service delivery management strategies.
- Keeping abreast of local market influences, competitor movements to develop strategies to combat competitor activity with a focus on NDIS.
- Developing additional revenue or billing opportunities with existing consumers/participants.
WORKING WITH YOU
The Key Account Coordinator will be responsible for the design, coordination, implementation, and management of customer centric services, through strong client engagement, funding compliance and proper risk management practices to arrive at high quality service outcomes for customers.
It is important that we build on a strong foundation of skills and experience that you have to deliver strong outcomes to the organisation.
To be successful you will bring the following
- Degree or post tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Social Sciences, Nursing, Community services or Disability.
- Demonstrated experience and / or knowledge about current Support Programs in Disability.
- Demonstrated experience and / or knowledge about Funding Bodies & Insurance schemes, i.e TAC, NDIS, DHHS, Commonwealth etc.
- Demonstrated experience in community development and building networks and relationships with Government and non-government bodies.
- Demonstrated experience in providing integrated service solutions for individuals and experience in Account Management.
- Certificate IV in Disability and/or Aged Care or similar
- Level 2 First Aid
- Valid Working With Children’s Check
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid Driver’s license
