IFC is seeking one or more passionate and creative individuals to volunteer their time as a Digital Communications Designer. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with candidates, the management team and volunteers to develop visually compelling and engaging content for social media platforms.
• Design digital assets including graphics, animations, and videos to support our campaign messaging and initiatives.
• Assist in the production and editing of video content for various digital channels.
• Contribute fresh and innovative ideas to enhance our online presence and audience engagement strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and materials.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices for content creation and optimization.
• Creativity and a keen eye for design, with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics and videos.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Interest in politics and a willingness to learn about campaign strategies and messaging.
