Indigo Junction is a not-for-profit community service organisation based in Midland with over 40 years’ experience in working with the local community. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will manage the finance, business operations and corporate responsibilities of the organisation. This role will ensure Indigo Junction delivers on its contractual and operational obligations, while ensuring responsive and strategic systems are in place to monitor and improve quality, performance and financial targets to drive sustainability and growth.
While the position is predominantly a finance role, we have broadened the position description to include other corporate services. This is a role which will grow with the growth of the organisation and the successful applicant’s capacity to develop and meet the challenges of the organisation’s increasing profile and impact on community.
Indigo Junction’s revenue base has increased from $3.8 million (2018) to $7 million (2022-2023) and is currently undertaking funded capital works of over $10 million. This role is key to ensuring policies, systems and processes are streamlined to support this growth within a robust financial framework and relevant standards.
