Our client, a leading youth, family and community based Christian charity serving communities all across Australia, is seeking Operations Manager to join its Programs team to be based in either Sydney or Melbourne to work as part of the Program Leadership team providing operational support and oversight to individual centres and programs across Australia. Thia is a hybrid role that could be working from one of this client's Sydney or Melbourne based offices. It is anticipated that 2 - 3 days per week is likely to be needed in the office.
Key aspects of this role involve risk management, insurance and overseeing leases / property. It also involves working with Managers / Project Managers across 15 different locations across Australia, assisting with matters involving compliance, monitoring service level agreements, reporting, compliance and mentoring. It also includes assisting managers of multiple Opportunity Shops and leading key projects and change initiatives.
This client is looking for someone who is able mentor, share knowledge and help others to grow in their roles.
The salary for this role is $110K per annum + Super + NFP Salary Packaging, making this a commercial equivalent salary of approximately $122K + Super. This is a full time role, with hybrid working conditions.
