The CCS Contact Worker will provide contact service duties with clients of the CCS, with the overall objective of providing children with the opportunity to re-establish or maintain a meaningful relationship with both parents and/or significant persons in their lives, in a safe and relaxed environment.
Interrelate's Children's Contact Service (CCS) offers a child-focused place for children and their families to spend time together. It provides a safe, neutral and flexible service for parents, children and their families and supports children connect and build positive relationships with family members who they do not live with, or connect with, outside of our service. It is a place for parents to engage in safe and friendly change-over / change-back arrangements, as well as supervised contact in a relaxed family environment.
This position is Casual and will require the successful candidate to provide supervised centre-based services at our Fairfield Childrens Contact Centre.
You will need to be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week across weekdays, Saturdays and some evenings until 8pm. There is no Sunday work available.
Work will vary from week to week, shifts can be a minimum of 3hrs and up to 9.5 hrs.
