This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated person who is an experienced Coordinator with a passion for making a difference in the lives of families and children.
The Coordinator is responsible for the delivery and quality management of the Children's Contact Service in Caringbah. Successful applicants will be instrumental in driving positive social change for separated families and children, with the support and structure of a family-oriented organisation with close to 100 years in quality service delivery and experience.
Interrelates Children's Contact Service (CCS) offers a child-focused place for children and their families to spend time together. It provides a safe, neutral, and flexible service for parents, children, and their families. It helps support children's connection and positive relationship building with family members who they do not live with or connect with outside of our service. It is a place for parents to engage in safe and friendly change-over / change-back arrangements, and supervised contact visits in a safe and positive family environment.
This position is based in our Caringbah office, and is a Fixed Term contract until 30 June 2026, working 75 hours per fortnight.
You will be available to work one late night per week until 8pm, and on occasion be requested to undertake an on-call or weekend shift if required.
A drivers licence is essential, and access to a car is highly desirable.
This role is in line with a SCHADS Award Level 6, $58.11 per hour (Mon-Fri), $87.16 per hour (Sat).
