This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced leader, who is passionate about making a positive impact in the community, who is abreast of social issues and has the ability to identify and address the effects on our community and provide positive solutions.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to coach, develop and support a multi-disciplinary team of family and relationship professionals in a Practice Lead position.

This is a fixed term contract position until 30 June 2026 and is available for 4 or 5 days per week. The position may require evening work and the occasional weekend work for community development.
This role be based in our Dubbo office, supporting the Western region and will be required to travel across multiple sites within the region, including Orange.
You possess a relevant degree in psychology, social work, counselling or related discipline. You are passionate about making a difference in the lives of families and children. You are calm and approachable and are skilled at discussing sensitive subject matter in a safe and respectful way. You have experience managing and supporting multiple teams across different locations, and possess strong clinical skills, team dynamics, negotiation and conflict management, interpersonal skills, and ethical standards. Prior experience in working with children's contact services and families and children experiencing separation, family breakdown, and high levels of family conflict, will also be highly regarded.
