Located in the Parramatta area close to public transport and parking is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Consultant.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Team Leader your key accountabilities will include:

  • Taking inbound calls in regard to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) from clients - you will be taking queries and making appointments
  • Managing the workflow of each account - you will be inputting customer information and other data into an excel spreadsheet as well as internal CRM's
  • Making outbound calls to clients regarding their plan, identifying upselling opportunities with therapy products
  • Assessing the needs of the client, gathering information and determining where the need is, funding v product availability etc
  • Outbound calls where necessary to confirm appointments and follow up on any additional information needed

THE CANDIDATE:

To secure this opportunity the ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience within a similar position – you’re really comfortable in your knowledge of the NDIS and how best to assist the client when they call with a query
  • Exceptional communication skills – you’re a natural communicator. You show empathy and understand how tricky it can be for clients as they navigate their way through their plans
  • A current working with NDIS Worker Check (or a willingness to get one)
  • Strong computer skills
  • An excellent work ethic – you love working within a team but you’re also comfortable getting through your allocated work load each day
