About the role

Working as a trusted partner to a dynamic CEO, you will be two steps ahead of her in ensuring the smooth running of her office and the effective use of her time to achieve business priorities and positive team outcomes.

As a constantly evolving organisation, your skills in juggling competing priorities, building relationships and driving efficiencies will be fully utilised and valued.

This critical role will involve:

  • Providing well-planned, efficient end-to-end executive support and daily administration for the CEO, including extensive diary and stakeholder management, Board and Committee meeting preparation and coordination
  • Working collaboratively and effectively with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and other team members, facilitating coordination of information and providing executive support
  • Providing end-to-end coordination and facilitation for all Governance and stakeholder meetings for CEO, Board Chair and Company secretary including allocation of internal resource contributions
  • Preparing, reviewing and editing presentations, briefs, committee papers, minutes, media briefings, reports, newsletters and other documents - ensuring consistency of messaging and branding
  • Contributing to business operations, effective and efficient systems, processes and reporting
  • Delivering excellence in customer service that professionally represents SuperFriend and the CEO by investing in effective and positive stakeholder relationships with Partners, Board Directors, Committee members, customers and other key stakeholders. This includes managing all internal and external enquiries to the office of the CEO and facilitating effective solutions
  • Managing and overseeing delegated budgets and forecasts, reporting, vendor accounts, compliance and risks for the Office of the CEO.

Key requirements

  • Extensive previous EA experience at CEO/Senior Executive/Board level in a complex, diverse multi-stakeholder organisation is essential and non-negotiable.
  • Tech savvy, organised, proactive, perceptive, flexible and with a great eye for detail, you can re-prioritise, turn your day around at a moment’s notice and still maintain your sense of humour.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, outstanding interpersonal and representational skills and enormous energy and drive.
