Join the Client Services team as a Client Services Officer where you will be the face of the organisation as the first point of contact for client enquiries via phone and face to face, assisting with accessing of services including performing triage screening of clients as identified, appointment management, waitlist maintenance, data entry and management of client health data and records. Within this diverse role, you will be showcasing your exceptional administrative skills in providing support to other IPC Health services as well as opportunities to be part of projects as required. You will apply your technical knowledge in using client management systems such as Trak Care, Best Practice and Titanium. While the positions are based at various locations, you may be required to work at any other of our campuses.
This position is classified under the Victorian Stand-Alone Community Health Services (Health And Allied Services, Managers And Administrative Officers) Multiple Enterprise Agreement 2018-2022.
The opportunities available are:
You will have a strong client service focus and extensive experience in customer service within the health or community related environments. You are a highly adaptive team player with the ability to work within fast paced environments. With your excellent communication skills, you will be able to build rapport effectively with clients as well as stakeholders. You have a strong understanding of confidentiality and ability to work within the Privacy principles. A certificate III in Health Services Assistance or similar is desirable.
