Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area to ensure it's welcoming and secure for all visitors.
  • Efficiently and professionally handle internal and external inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support across various departments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters discreetly.
  • Assist in organising meetings and events.
  • Perform general office duties, including cleaning, call handling, filing, data entry, and record management.

Qualifications and Experience

Skills:

  • Proven commitment to high-quality customer service.
  • Ability to create a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Current First Aid Certificate (desirable)
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, handling sensitive and confidential matters.

Knowledge:

  • Understanding or willingness to learn about trauma and its impacts on clients.
  • Familiarity with National Standards for Child Safe Organisations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, and records management.

Experience:

  • Previous roles in administration, reception, or customer service preferred.

Technical Proficiency:

  • IT proficiency and documentation skills.

Licenses:

  • Valid Driver’s License, Working with Children Check - Blue Card (or ability to obtain), National Police Check post-offer.
