Come and join our exciting, dynamic growing Community Rehabilitation team. Provide expert care and build your knowledge in Musculoskeletal, Neurology, Respiratory care, Balance Rehabilitation, Vestibular Assessment and Management, Biomechanics assessments and movement rehabilitation and Lympheodema Management.

Within the Allied Health team in the Area of Aged Care we provide a model of care based on reducing the functional challenges of individuals via a compensatory and restorative approach. We support individuals with their Needs, Wants and Desires by delivering the best Support, Care and Experience.

Our services are funded under CHSP, HCP, EPC and self-funded. You will join our growing service based in our new $90 million Residential and Health & Wellbeing facilities in Windsor, Caulfield and Carnegie. Supporting the development of new services alongside the Allied Health, you will provide services across different community sites and in people's homes, with a focus on independence and living actively.

What will you bring?

  • Eagerness to learn and have a passion to deliver the best care
  • Tertiary Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration.
  • Knowledge of a Wellness Reablement approach to service delivery
  • Experience and developed clinical skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to establish genuine rapport with services users and colleagues.
  • Passion and care to help a diverse range of people.
