Jewish Climate Network

About the Jewish Climate Network

Motivated by Jewish values, the mission of the Jewish Climate Network (JCN) is to harness the capabilities and connections of the Australian Jewish community to accelerate the transition to a zero emissions world. JCN is a dynamic, nimble and ambitious organisation that aims to foster a culture of high-performance, meaningful relationships, staff wellbeing and commitment to community.

The Australian Jewish community has made lasting contributions to some of our greatest social and economic challenges. Our community is creative, resilient and organised. We carry millennia of wisdom and tradition prioritising the protection of life, species and ecosystems, as well as exceptional commercial, philanthropic and political nous.

With this urgent challenge requiring ‘all hands on deck’, the Jewish community has a significant role in responding to the climate crisis - for us and future generations. JCN exists to unlock that potential.

JCN is the flagship project of the Jewish Ecological Coalition Inc.
