Reporting to the Deputy CEO/Executive Director of Services, the Regional Director, South East Victoria is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and assumes overall responsibility for client services across South East Victoria. Supporting a team of operational leaders, the role ensures children and families receive the best quality services possible, whilst driving innovation and evidence-based practice development.

This newly created position provides an impactful opportunity for a future focussed individual to lead a recently merged region of South Eastern Victoria. Championing a culture of collaboration this position is expected to lead by ensuring the organisation’s vision, goals and annual priorities are achieved and that organisational values are promoted and celebrated. Implementing change across two established sites that are coming together, Berry Street is seeking an inspiring leadership presence and collaborative approach that supports people towards a clear vision for the future.

With a passion for working with children, young people, families, carers, staff and partners, you are a strategic thinker who has proven experience in contributing to organisational strategy and supporting a dynamic group of practice experts. Tertiary qualified, you will offer an inspiring coaching approach to support the talented people you will lead lead. With a track record of bringing an innovative and solution-focused approach, you will be comfortable operating in a complex and rapidly changing external environment. Working closely with a range of stakeholders means excellent interpersonal, communication and representation skills are essential. Leveraging a reputation for high quality services, you will enhance pathways and outcomes for children, families and communities and offer a deep understanding of statutory systems and programs.
