Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Executive Manager Finance and Company Secretary will be accountable for a broad executive portfolio including Finance, ICT, Payroll, Property and Fleet management. This pivotal role will work collaboratively with the CEO, Executive, and Board to provide financial insights and advice, as well as responsible for business planning, financial reporting and the company secretary duties.
The Executive Manager Finance and Company Secretary will present commercially astute, with an authentic and inclusive approach. You will demonstrate previous experience leading a diverse shared services portfolio, and the ability to lead and successfully implement improved analytics, budgeting and business system and process improvements.
