IDEAS stands for Information on Disability, Education and Awareness Services. Its purpose is to enable the frail, aged, people with disabilities, their families, carers, supporters, and service providers to become better informed when making decisions. They aim to improve awareness and understanding of disability and aging issues and resources, including community education, information provision, and training.

Working closely with the board, your objective is to lead an exciting growth phase and introduce innovative new business streams through effective leadership, management and the achievement of the IDEAS Purpose, Vision and Strategic Directions with a focus on business development and progressive external stakeholder engagement across the community and government sectors.

A proven leader with the ability to review and assess existing service provision whilst developing rolling strategic plans, you excel in motivating staff to deliver optimal business outcomes. Building, maintaining and nurturing collegiate relations with internal and external stakeholders, particularly clients, their families and establishing a foundation for growth, are critical success factors.

The CEO position is offered on a permanent basis at a competitive salary plus superannuation and negotiable incentives including salary sacrifice.
