Based in the inner suburbs of Melbourne, very close to the CBD (with hybrid working options) our client is an iconic not-for-profit organisation providing meaningful support to the most disadvantaged in our community. The organisation is now looking for a Change Manager to help drive and support the continuous improvement of the organisation’s best practice change management.
The Change Manager supports the facilitation of change and end-user adoption of new programs, systems, processes, and structures across the organisation. This role will assist with leading and guiding the business in the application of best practice change management plans, activities, frameworks, strategies, and processes to maximise change adoption and cultivate a positive change environment across strategic, ICT and related projects.
