The Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency (VACCA) is the largest organisation of its kind in Australia. The Employee Relations Manager position is accountable for the management of all employee relations matters and investigations at VACCA. As a subject matter expert, you will support and coach leaders and Human Resources Business Partners on complex performance management, disciplinary issues and investigations. You will also provide organisation-focused, compliant and pragmatic interpretation of employment legislation, along with tailored and appropriate advice.
This position plays a critical role in establishing and building relationships across the business to enable the provision of high-quality HR services to build capacity and challenge thinking, while keeping a strong people focus.Reporting to the Human Resources Manager you will:

A competitive salary of up to $115K plus superannuation is on offer and attractive PBI/NFP packaging is also available. This is a full-time, permanent position.
