Based in the inner suburbs of Melbourne, very close to the CBD (with working from home up to two days per week) our client is an innovative not-for-profit organisation providing meaningful support to the disadvantaged in our community. Led by an inspiring and highly regarded CEO and Executive Team, the organisation is now looking for a Risk Manager to support the organisation in this time of growth and change.
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, you will develop, implement, and maintain the organisation’s Risk Management framework, as well as supporting the Director in developing a statement defining the entity’s attitude towards risk taking.
Naturally, you will also work proactively with stakeholders and the Executive Leadership Team to identify and mitigate risks, promote a risk management culture, and provide regular risk management reports.

Flexible work options are available, with a requirement to be in the inner-city office at least 3 days per week. Also 6 additional days leave are gifted on top of the standard 4 weeks, along with a 17% leave loading.
