We are seeking experienced Cafe Attendant/Barista for our Social Enterprise cafe based in Camberwell.

Our Social Enterprise focuses on giving people a helping hand to build the skills and experience they need to enter (or re-enter) the workforce. You will work with your experienced hospitality team to help train and guide the participants in the program.

This is a casual position located in Camberwell.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

This role will suit a candidate with the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in hospitality industry, experience in a busy café environment is highly regarded.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Sympathetic to the principles of Social Enterprise and ability to work as part of a team with capacity to operate within a training environment
