The Manager Research and Evaluation at The Men’s Project will lead research and evaluation focused on the prevention of gender-based violence and abuse. This includes managing a small team and building evaluation knowledge and capabilities across The Men’s Project.
This role is responsible for the delivery of key research projects and refining The Men’s Project’s evaluation approach, ensuring that it contributes to the evidence base for best practice approaches to reducing gendered violence and abuse. This will involve translating research into practice by supporting the development of tools or activities that can be used as part of program delivery. The role will also contribute to advocacy and knowledge translation efforts.
