Are you an experienced practitioner who would like to develop your skills in training and facilitation? Would you like an opportunity to work widely with practice-staff across a social justice organisation?
We are looking for a dynamic and flexible facilitator with a strong understanding of practice to join our team. The Learning and Practice Development Unit (LPDU) of Jesuit Social Services is looking to recruit to the role of Practice Consultant based in Darwin.
Darwin location with travel to other locations in the Northern Territory to facilitate training several times per year.
Part time position (0.6 EFT)
This role will suit a candidate with the following skills and experience:
Drawing on our experience of engaging with disadvantaged people, families and communities through our services and programs, in this new role the Jesuit Social Services Learning and Practice Development Unit aims to build the capacity of the community sector within the Northern Territory through training and practice development initiatives. We aim to develop and promote best-practice interventions for disadvantaged young people, families and communities, through support and training.
