Are you driven by a desire to make a real difference in the lives of those facing homelessness? Join our team as a Case Manager (Homelessness) and provide essential social and accommodation support to individuals with complex needs in the Fleurieu regions. In this role, you will deliver a client-centred approach, helping clients locate, obtain, and maintain accommodation through crisis intervention and ongoing support. You will work closely with clients to develop individualised case plans, support their social and living skills, and advocate for their rights and dignity.
Your excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills will be crucial in supporting the clients' social and living skills development, promoting informed choices, and fostering independence.
With your knowledge of social issues relevant to homelessness and your understanding of complex needs, such as domestic violence and mental health, you will ensure equitable access and equal opportunities.
