In this dynamic role, you will lead initiatives that empower tenants and strengthen neighbourhoods. From planning exciting events to securing funding through grant applications and collaborating with stakeholders, your efforts will directly contribute to sustainable tenancies and healthier communities. You will also support tenants with complex needs and contribute inspiring stories to our Junction Quarterly Tenant Connect Newsletter.

About You

We are seeking a highly passionate person who:

• Has an understanding of Community Development and Engagement Principles
• Can plan, implement and evaluate Community development programs and projects
• Can respond appropriately to clients who have complex needs and may display challenging behaviours
• Has the ability to prioritise workload, use initiative and work both independently and as part of a team
• Possesses sound communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and establish rapport with clients, staff and external agencies
• Holds a degree or relevant tertiary qualifications (Social Work, Community Services or lesser qualification complemented by relevant experience)

You Will Need To:
