The Opportunity:

This is a unique opportunity to join our Quality Assurance team. The role is responsible for leading the licensing process that ensures compliance to the statutory requirements for the operation of residential care homes and the delivery of services. There is a strong focus on working within WH&S and Quality systems using the principles of continuous improvement to achieve better outcomes for the children and young people we work with.

About You:

We are seeking a highly organised person with proven ability to:

  • Provide reporting and monitoring schedules
  • Work under pressure and meet department deadlines
  • Identify and monitor legislative standards and/or funder requirements relevant to service delivered to inform compliance functions
  • Coordinate the compliance and licensing requirements to execute the set-up of a residential care house
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes for your program

You Will Need To:

  • Hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Hold a current Safe Environments Certificate
  • Hold a current unencumbered Australian driver’s licence and be willing to drive
  • Be prepared to travel within the metropolitan area to provide support to staff who are based at the Residential Care Houses
