The Opportunity:

Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting successful program operations? We're looking for a Program Support Officer to be the backbone of our Program Maintenance team!

Your key responsibilities will include helping us deliver projects on time and within budget, handling project documentation, and procurement tasks, whilst ensuring transparent communication with our contractors. Key to your success will be your relevant project experience, communication and analytical skills, a high level of accuracy, and exceptional stakeholder management and project management skills. Likewise, your capability to manage effectively in a fast-paced working environment whilst working as a flexible, collaborative and positive member of the team.

About You:

We are seeking a highly driven individual who:

  • Has demonstrated experience in providing project support in a medium-sized organisation
  • Has knowledge of customer service principles
  • Has demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment (eg. project-based environments)
  • Possesses sound communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and establish rapport with contractors, suppliers and tenants
  • Has intermediate level computer literacy using the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other database applications
