As the Executive Coordinator at Karrkad Kanjdji Trust, you will play a vital role in supporting the CEO in our mission to bring together Indigenous ranger groups, communities, and philanthropists to address pressing issues such as regenerating our natural environment, taking action on climate change, and creating meaningful employment opportunities. You will manage day-to-day administrative functions, including calendar management, correspondence, and project coordination, ensuring that our leadership can focus on strategic initiatives that advance our vision.
In this position, you will liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, facilitate effective communication within the team, organise logistics for key meetings and engagements, as well as maintaining database integrity and supporting fundraising efforts. Your skill, passion and enthusiasm for organisation and attention to detail will be essential for effective role delivery.
As part of a small, supportive and dedicated team, you will contribute to impactful projects that uphold the aspirations of Indigenous communities and help protect one of Australia’s most biodiverse and culturally rich regions, Arnhem Land. This is an exciting opportunity for someone proactive, adaptable, and committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of Indigenous Australians and their lands.
